So far, I like this Levoit product. It is just the perfect size, I can use by the bed, or by my work station, without it being in the way. It is pretty easy to clean but I do have to point out that the bottom of the canister does get pinkish if you don’t wash after 2 days. The pink bacteria does come on faster than other Levoit humidifiers I have used.Thankfully, you can detach the piece easily so you can get in between the crevices and brush off the pink build up.Overall, I like this unit. I have been buying quite a few different levoit humidifiers, I prefer cleaning and filling levoit humidifiers more than my Dyson humidifier. I use both.

Another plus is the power chord is detachable so you can easily unplug it, leave the wire plugged in the outlet (mine is concealed in a sideboard) and bring your unit to the kitchen for thorough cleaning. Too bad it doesn't have any tank lighting with colour options...

    I like the app and everything worked great in the first year.

    Suddenly, it failed to maintain the humidity level (50%) that I set in the app. I would often wake up to a super dry throat in the winter because it shut down at 20% humidity level.
    For the context, it stayed in the same room the whole year.

    My first Levoit product stopped working and the failed sensor right after the 2-year warranty ended. They refused to do anything about it when I tried to claim a week after my warranty ended.

    This one is my second one (which I purchased less than a year after my first one) and already acted up within the first year of using it.

    I would consider a different brand instead for better price and product longevity as Levoit's products are more expensive than others.

    This is everything I wanted in a humidifier. I wanted a humidifier to help with dry nose at night. This one is small enough its sets perfect on my shelf headboard. You can program it to come on or shut off. It will shut off when humidity is 5 over your programmed preference. There are different mist setting too. I love that you can turn the display off because I don’t like light when I’m going to sleep so that feature was a bonus for me. Running it continuously at night I can get two nights before refilling. Easy to fill. Easy to clean. Can turn on off and program through the App which is user friendly.

    The user experience started very well. It was great at providing humidity for our bedroom. It then began to leak all over our floor. Tried several different things to solve for the leaking, but it continued to leak. I’m passed the return window, so now I’m stuck with a leaking humidifier after about 1.5 months of use.

    I went through a lot of different humidifiers and the number one issue I had with others was that they were not quiet. This is actually completely silent and the ability to control the humidity levels from my phone and the light is 100% a feature is fantastic. It humidifies the room to the percentage that I want within an hour. I will say that the automatic feature only does about a 3-4 percentage difference from what you set it up to but it's still pretty good. It holds a good amount of water where I don't have to constantly refill (at the moment I refill about every 3-4 days, my house is super dry). Its also easy to clean. Would def buy again.

    I have used several other humidifier brands but this one is the best so far. I don't use the app function, but the simple touch controls are all I need. I either leave it on high or shut it off. When empty it shuts off automatically. The unit produces generous and steady moisture without leaving a deposit or puddle on nearby floors as some other brands might do. At highest output it lasts about 8 or 9 hours before a refill is needed. You can aim the moisture stream easily,, but mostly upward rather than horizontally. It is very quiet and easy to refill. The 3 liter size is just the right weight when carrying it from carry from the sink when refilled (remember to also empty out the base with each refilling of the top portion). Be advised that since it is a cool mist humidifier it does slightly cool off the nearby air. While this is welcome in dry overheated environments (or apartments), on the other hand it may feel a bit “cool” abd clammy if your environment is cool and dry to begin with (there are other types of humidifiers for that situation). The unit is best for smaller rooms, not for large or very open areas. Unlike many other brands it is much easier to clean, and cleaning is needed much less frequently (i.e. using a diluted vinegar solution once in a while). The users who :complain: about some of the parts in the bottom impeding thorough cleaning should try other brands to see how good this one is in comparison. I have found that despite using regular NYC tap water, so far there is none of the slime deposit or odor that I have found with other humidifier brands using the very same NYC tap water. Granted that the filter just a small piece of plastic foam-like material, the unit does come witd a small filter already installed (you turn a small white “knob" in the base bottom to acces and re[lace it). A second spare filter comes with the unit -with replacements available at very low price from Amazon. The unit is very sturdy and well made (especially the top water container), and not subject to easy breakage. I like very much that you can easily detach the bottom base from the electric cord without unplugging it That makes it simple to also empty out the base of any accumulated water when refilling the top vessel, and of course in cleaning it when necessary (just wipe with viagar) . If you have small children or pets place it away from where they may tip over the top tank (which just rests on the base and is not attached). The one possible negative I see is that the electric cord is very thin (I don't see a “UL” certification I guess that is rare nowadays). With the two units that I purchased both mildly heat up at top of the relatively large plastic plug (it's about 1inch x 2.5 inches in size). Since both units I purchased do the same, I assume it is not a malfunction of some sort (the unit itself has no parts that heat up). I am very pleased with this product so far and I hope that it continues to work well. It’s worth the investment.

    fácil de configurar, puedes programarlo para mantener cierto nivel de humedad en ciertas horas del día, por lo cual puedes configurarlo solo en la noche o cuando estes en casa, igual te avisa cuando ya no tiene agua y cuando hay que limpiarlo, lo único en lo que creo que puede mejorar es en el difusor de aroma en la parte trasera, ya que hay que agregar mucho para que se caliente
