FAQ: Why your devices don’t recognize the headphone jack?

1. When connecting only a PC to the hub:

Windows: Click (Voice> Playback device> External audio device name> Default device).

Mac OS: Click (Voice> Output Device> External Device Name).

2. When connecting the monitor/TV to the hub:

Only the monitor/TV is displayed, and the earphones are ready for use."

1. In order to use the video output, the laptop USB C port must support the DisplayPort Alt mode.

2. Mirror mode only, this device only supports displaying the same image.

3. HDMI is 1080P @ 60 Hz while using HDMI and VGA at the same time.

Power supply insufficient for my Thinkpad
I had high hopes for this dock but apparently the output of power from dock to my laptop was insufficient. Also it wouldn't detect the HDMI screen which my laptop is able to use when plugged directly. Unfortunately I have to return.I was able to connect a VGA cable but the connection was unstable during use.

    I use the same brand/model at work and was looking for one to use at home. Item constantly disconnects me from router (with Lan cable connected). I started using this item a month after purchase as it was intended to be a backup. Unfortunately it is beyond time allowed to be returned/exchanged for another.

    I was contacted by the supplier regarding the adapter that wasn't working properly. After some email correspondence, I was shipped a new adapter which I tested today... works perfectly! Thank you Selore!

    This is a reasonably priced multi-port adapter that gets the job done and one of the few that does have an Ethernet/RJ45 port (GigE) alongside with plenty USB ports (only USB3) to work with. I like the fact it's able to provide 85W of power and an additional VGA port; however, HDMI dropped to 1080p from 4K when I connected both HDMI and VGA which is highly undesirable.

    - with this Docking station I connected to my laptop 2 Monitors, 2 chargers, a professional speaker, a SD card and another USB-C adapter with 4 USB-A - I wanted to maximize the connections and see the performance. The conclusion: Plug & Play, works great, speed is good, when functioning at high capacity, the metallic enclosure dissipates heat well, temperature is moderate;
    - it is miniaturized, quite small dimensions for this 10-in-1, I can easily take it in my purse when I go to clients or visit friends
    - high data transfer rate - works perfectly with my TV when I connect through HDMI
    - I like that it also supports audio output by connecting to headphones

    Nothing that I don't like, really. All the connections I need in one reliable hub. Highly recommend.

    This is very well featured and has all the outputs I ever need! It connects all my daily essentials which I really like because then there's no need for a second hub to add more ports this this one. I really like that this has vga out since I use that often at work for the projectors there and this let's me just take my own hub rather than unplug and deal with making sue ei bring the mouse nub with me and so on..

    The hub has been reliable and I haven't had any trouble with it.
