*In an in-vitro study. Actual results may vary.
-
Pulse Wave Technology
Gentle pulses of water guide you from tooth-to-tooth in Deep Clean mode so you don't miss a spot.
-
USB-C Charging
Convenient charging with a USB-C cable uses the same connection as most mobile phones or tablets. Get up to 14 days of cleaning from a single charge.
-
2 modes, 3 intensities
Adjust the intensity to your ideal comfort level. Clean mode uses a continuous flow of water for a great everyday clean, while Deep Clean uses distinct pulses for a more thorough clean.
-
250ml reservoir
The 250ml reservoir holds enough water for 60 seconds of cleaning. To refill either twist and remove, or use the side fill door for easy refilling.
-
360 degree nozzle rotation
Access those hard-to-reach areas with a nozzle that rotates 360 degrees, so that you can use the device in any orientation.
-
F1 Standard tip
Use the standard tip for a regular clean. It uses a single stream of water to remove debris and clean thoroughly between your teeth.
-
F3 Quad Stream tip
Use the unique X-shaped Quad Stream tip for a deeper clean, which separates the stream into 4 water jets and covers more area between teeth and along the gum line.

- Reviewed in Canada on November 9, 2023Verified PurchaseHad to get a waterpik to clean my braces. This thing is awesome. Gets everything out, like there's a bowl of porridge in the bathroom sink after I use this thing in the morning. Battery lasts forever. Has three different jet strength settings. If you have braces and therefore some sensitivity, this is very useful. Easy to use, easy to clean, very portable, nice (and surprising) that it has USB-C charging. It's very quiet too - note that most plug-in waterpiks are super noisy like you're running a compressor... not this one. Nothing but good things to say about this unit. If you're looking for a portable waterpik device, this is the one to buy.

- Reviewed in Canada on December 18, 2024Verified PurchaseEasy to use. It worked well and removed food that manual flossing missed. Sadly it stopped working after 13 months! There is a sale on a today, not white unfortunately, so I am buying another one.
- Reviewed in Canada on December 31, 2022Verified PurchaseGood product, but bulky so not something that I'd likely pack on travelling trips. Works really well at cleaning between the teeth. My dentist recommended me this one as an alternative to regular flossing and I love it. Only complaint is that the 15 second timer built in to let you know when to switch sides of the mouth has the water pause so you can reposition the device, but the pause is a little short. Otherwise very happy with the purchase!
- Reviewed in Canada on February 2, 2024Verified PurchaseI bought this item rather than some cheaper options because of the Philips name - which I assumed would be high quality. I was wrong. The item stopped working after one month - fortunately within days of when I could return it to Amazon for free!
On a positive note, it is the first time I used a water flosser and it was awesome in terms of cleaning and in comparison to using dental floss. Actually, no comparison. I had gum surgery for receding gums last year and I have been super diligent about flossing ever since - but find dental floss to be annoying and not very effective at the gum lines, etc. Water based flossing is awesome and this product did do a very good job of flossing, especially with the rubber based "4-way" tip.
I believe that the negatives are related. The item is "portable" in the sense that it is battery powered and is smaller than a plug-in version of WaterPik or other items. However, the very large base to hold the water makes it ungainly to floss with. Moving the product around to reach inside my teeth was absurd. I suspect that the amount of water that ended up on the device itself because of the weird ergonomics contributed to the device failing to work after a month. The main "on" button no longer worked, which I suspect was because water had infiltrated the main button. I'm not an engineer, so I don't know what caused the device to stop working, but recharging the device had no effect. Thankfully I returned it.
I replace the device with a WaterPik countertop flosser, which I have to plug into the wall. It takes more counter space than the Philips device and needs to be plugged into an outlet, which dictates its placement on the vanity. But so far, so good. (It was very highly rated in the NYT Wirecutter review of water flossers.)
- Reviewed in Canada on July 14, 2024Verified PurchaseLove this so much. Have to floss as normal though. Use after real flossing. Lots of settings but start with the lowest one. Great for kids too. Can buy separate attachments for the whole family.
- Reviewed in Canada on September 30, 2023Verified PurchaseI would recommend this product because:
- it is a much better alternative to flossing as it requires much less time/effort
- it cleans just as well (if not better) than traditional flossing
- at first I was a little concerned as to if this would be painful as I have sensitive gums. I was pleasantly surprised as it didn’t hurt at all.
A couple notes to those using it for the first time:
- make sure the glass attachment is next to your teeth (as if you were brushing) or things get very messy
- the product sprays water in intervals to make cleaning in sections easier. I’d recommend to keep it close to your teeth (even during the small amount of time it’s off in between intervals) to keep water from spraying everywhere
Takes little time to get used to, I started using mine comfortably after 1-2 attempts. Highly recommend!
- Reviewed in Canada on January 20, 2024Verified PurchaseI got this because my temporary dental hygienist told me it was better than flossing with actual floss. Turns out that’s not true (thanks Angela 🙄), nonetheless this product is good. I find my mouth feels cleaner after I use this. The levels are nice as well. If you have sensitive gums and bleed when you brush/floss. This would be a good product to use to adjust your gums. It gets right under the plaque and in those creases where your teeth and gums meet which keeps them clean. You can start at a lower level and works your way up to adjust your gums to the pressure.
The battery also lasts crazy long. If im remembering right, I got it and it was fully charged and lasted three months of (almost) daily use so that was nice.
Just remember this is not a flossing replacement!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Buen complemento

5.0 out of 5 stars Compact but has power and long battery life to clean your teeth
Verified PurchaseI hate flossing and my dentist recommended that I try a water pic to help get my teeth clean. I tried the water-pit brand but four d them very noisy. I read a ton of reviews and many pointed to Philips being quieter than the other top contenders. I first bought a Phillips countertop model and it worked great but took up more space than I wanted. I then bought this rechargeable model and it works great. I use it each night before bed. The battery life lasts for weeks!. The water flow is as powerful as the larger units and you don't have the hose to fight. It holds enough water to do all your teeth and is very easy to fill. Like any other water flosser you have to stay over the sink and keep your mouth mostly closed and cool the excess water into the sink as you floss. You know its working when even after you brushed your teeth you see tiny particles dropping into the sink as you floss :-)
