    This is a great remineralizing toothpaste. The flavoring is not off-putting like I thought it would be; I am a mint-only toothpaste user and I don't mind the taste at all. Amazon offers the best price for this type of toothpaste compared to all stores I checked. This brand also includes not only an increased amount of sodium fluoride than traditional toothpaste, but also the very important tri-calcium phosphate which not all remineralizing toothpastes have. I have also noticed that when I get some mild tooth sensitivity, I make sure to brush with this toothpaste and it will have disappeared by the next day. Important to note (as said by my dentist): only brush once per day with this toothpaste and wait about 15 minutes to rinse after brushing to allow the active ingredients to work properly. Will be buying again when I run out.

    It is expensive, but it is also one of the few toothpastes you can buy that has >1% sodium fluoride in it. I feel my breath getting fresher already and I like how it will remineralize and repair your tooth every time you use it. I think the most important thing I've learned in my research of arriving at this toothpaste is that I have been using toothpaste wrong my entire life - you are not supposed to rinse after brushing. Spit out the excess liquid/foam, but let the toothpaste do its thing and don't eat or drink 30 minutes after brushing if at all possible. This allows the toothpaste to maximally act on the enamel.

    Aside from that, I found the mint vanilla flavour very pleasant - not overpowering, quite mild, and is almost a neutral flavour compared to some of the powerful mint toothpastes I've tried from the mainstream brands.

    My dentist and dental hygienist recommended this toothpaste for before bed use. Specifically saying to not rinse after brushing.

    So that's what I've been doing. It tastes fine, initially at least. It does often leave a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste, but I'm sure that'd be any toothpaste. Whether it actually works to prevent cavities I can't say for sure. I've certainly had fewer of them since I started using it, but I've generally been taking better care of my teeth in many ways since around the same time so it's impossible to say for sure.

    But being recommended to me by multiple dental health professionals means much more than anything a layman like myself could say.

    The cost is a bit much for toothpaste, in my opinion. But that's the only meaningful complaint I have.

    I rarely post reviews, but I had to for this product. I've had dental issues for my entire life (am 37), I have soft, demineralizing teeth, that happens due to genetics according to my dentist. I brush every day, floss after meals, however no matter what, every check up I'd have a small cavity, to return for fixing, which meant a hefty bill since I don't have insurance.

    A year ago I started using Clinpro and thanks to it I had my first cavity-free checkup in many years. The extra fluoride really helped my crappy teeth out, I would use it once per day before bed so it'd have as much time as possible to do it's thang.

    If your in my position of not having insurance, and not wanting to spend over $400 for a filling, I recommend giving this product a chance. If you use pea-sized portions you can make the product last a bit longer, don't go overboard just because it doesn't foam up. Use your regular toothpaste/mouthwash when you wake up, and Clinpro alone before bed!

    I'll be buying this product for years to come.
