Very happy with my choice here. The bottle is really big, so will last. Thanks to other reviewers here, I did check the expiry date before opening and it is good (02/2024). Not sure how much it is helping me at this point in terms of energy and such due to other health complications, but it's definitely not hurting. As suggested, I started out at 1/2 teaspoon, then built up to the full teaspoon. I mix it into my second cup of coffee (the first cup is sacrosanct, lol). I only use half a cup of coffee to mix it into, and that seems to work well (though my mugs are probably 14 ounces in size). The oil is thin and tasteless, and I just stir it in really well and drink it. It doesn't change the taste of the coffee. Had a little burning initially, but that has subsided.
A reviewer suggested that maybe the bottle "leaches" the oil once opened, but now that I have my own to observe, I don't think that is what is happening -- and if that were the case, then why doesn't it leach before you open the bottle? As others have mentioned, the oil is very thin and even with the snap down lid that comes with this bottle (two lid options come with it), a small amount of oil does drip down the side, and I think that is what people are observing, not the bottle itself leaching out the oil. I just sit the bottle on a paper towel and wipe it off when done. A bit of a pain, but doesn't take that much time to do.
