    I purchased two of these headset with one year apart. I had an issue with kinked wire and it stopped working. Due to their excellent support for this product, company reached out to me after hearing my complain about kinked wire and sent me a brand new headset. Like most people, i didn't know this came with 6 months warranty. I think it's a really good headset for the price and the wire is also very long compared to many other brands. Highly recommend it.
