    I typically purchase the disposal night guards at Meijer, but they have been out of stock so I decided to try these. Unfortunately the plastic is very thick and rigid, making it uncomfortable to wear and sleep in. They have a poor fit on the gumline, causing pain, discomfort, and bleeding. Would not recommend, especially if you have soft gums.

    so tired of big bulky mouth guards that dig into my gums. i don't know who created this simple design. i couldn't see how they would work. but they do. amazing, light & simple. i wish they made a smaller size. the "straight center section??" is a little too long for my mouth. i love that i get a big pack. thet say disposable but i wash & use. one lasts about 2 months for me. i would chew through thick guards in a few weeks. amazing.
