How to fix no charging or low volume issue?

A. No Charging

1.Use the cotton swabs with alcohol to clean the charging contacts from dust or wax.

2.Press the both earbuds with force to eliminate loose contact with the case and try many times.

B. Low Volume

Use cotton swabs to clean the protective filter mesh of the earbuds from dust or earwax.

How to solve problems by resetting the earbuds?

1.Place left and right earbuds into the charging case.

2.Keep the case open, then press the button for at least 8s. As they flash alternately in purple, it means the earbuds are reset successfully.

3.Delete the previously saved connection of "EarFun Air Pro 2" in the device, then reconnect it.

The sound quality on these earphones are rich in clarity, acoustics and bass. They are very similar to the sound quality of the air pods pro which for a 1/4 of the price is excellent. And I do like how it u pull out an earbud while a song or video is playing, it pauses it, which is a great feature. Battery life is excellent, as I'm able to go 3 days of 8 hours use without charging the case. The only issue I find are the touch control buttons are very slow to respond and don't register that well. When put into pairing mode, only the right earbud will connect and the left earbud takes 1 minute to pair for sound to play from both earbuds.

The case has been dropped on the sidewalk, the two earbuds have been dropped on the sidewalk, and all none the worse for wear. Connects easily. Good sound for the price.     Haven't listened to them for hours yet, but after doing the custom hearing thing on my samsung phone, the audio is very good for this price, No aptX support, but it's really not that bad. Base is boomy without overpowering the rest and i heard both male and female vocalist loud and clear, symbals on metal songs and everything else you can think of.

    Of course it's not perfect, i can clearly tell the Eq of those buds isin't flat, but considering the price tag i feel like they sound more than alright. Case might be bulkier than what some are used to but i didn't mind it much.

    I won't comment on noise cancelling since i haven't used them outside yet (will update if there's something to add). The controls are a bit weird though, one tap for volume and 2 taps to pause, 3 taps to skip tracks seems odd to me, but i prefer having volume easier to reach.

    Overall, they're far from perfect, but at this price point, i HIGHLY doubt you can find much better fit and sound quality. DO be aware they might hurt your ears, but they include a fair share of buds to compensate imho (more than any other big brands for sure).

    TLDR: Get em, they're great, unless you have newest sony buds, then probably don't up to you.
    Update: tried them a bunch in my bus rides, anc is noticeable, but dosen't do much, i still hear engine noises. Also, one of the earbuds randomly started to freak out, had to put it back in the case and retry it to fix, not a big minus but something to keep in mind.

    I hate overused tropes as much as the next person, but this product really shines... they are the buds you are looking for. I don’t need to list all the features, you can read them as easily as I did. Suffice to say that they sound great with the 12mm dynamic driver providing the deep, warm bass – just like you want it.

    They are easy to remove from the case and also easy to insert into your ears. The instructions are easy to understand. After the first pairing, they will automatically pair to the buds as soon as you take them out of the charging device.

    Consumers looking for decent-sounding earbuds (& headphones) have pushed the industry to make better products and sell them for less money. These buds show what can happen when a company takes up the challenge to produce a quality product for a decent price. I believe this product does the only thing important to me… quality sound at a reasonable price.

    I can say I would definitely buy more products from this company. Maybe give them a try and see if you hear what I do.

    I so wanted to love these earbuds. They have so much going for them. They are not bad, but perhaps bad only for me. I paid $72+tax for them.

    TLDR: CONCLUSION
    These are very good Earbuds with excellent quality and value for the money, but they just did not work out for me. I may be one of the few that had this experience, but the fact that the earbud would not stay in my ear is a deal-breaker. I had to buy another brand for more active use cases. I would still recommend these, but just be aware that if you have some weird ear, these Earfun Air 2 Pro may let you down. I still use them when I know I am not going to move too much and only be listening.

    The GOOD stuff.
    ++ Sound quality is excellent. I am no audiophile, but these earbuds have some of the best balance I have seen/heard yet. Good base, mids, and highs. I am middle-aged, so my preference may be different than others, but I loved the sound these earbuds make.
    ++ Call quality is very good. I have not had any complaints from people. I am not on the phone often. Who actually talks on the phone now, but from a small sample size, I would use these for casual calls.
    ++The battery life is good. I usually keep the case charged up. It gives a fair warning when the case charge is low with a yellow and then a red LED. I wish it had a set of 4 lights to better indicate the available battery charge in the case, but the coloured LED setup also works.
    ++ Support is responsive. I had contacted them before figuring I should try resetting them. They did respond back within a day or two. See more on this later.
    ++ Sound isolation is very good. Not the best, but more than good enough.
    ++ Active Noice Cancellation is excellent for this price point. You can hear the difference.
    ++ Transparency Mode is more helpful than I would have thought. It allows for sound in your environment to be heard without having to take out the earbuds from your ears. Essentially it allows you to bypass the Sound Isolation while keeping the earbuds in your ear. If someone wants to talk to you, or you want to hear something in your environment while keeping the music going, this is helpful. Not an amazing feature, but most devices don't have it at such a price.
    ++ The earbuds fit nicely in the case. They are very easy to take out. The magnets holding them are strong enough to keep them there, but if the case falls, the earbuds can fly out. So don't drop them.
    ++ The LEDs on the earbuds give a very clear indication of connection, and a voice tells you that they are connected.
    ++ Instructions are clear. A digital version is available online in case you lose the paper copy.

    The OK stuff
    +- The capacitive touch is useful in controlling volume and tracks as most earbuds do. But they are very sensitive. It's a good thing that you can control the volume and noise cancellation modes without having to push a button and ram the buds into your ear canal, but these are soooooooo sensitive that even the slightest contact will start making adjustments. If you are careful and know how to handle them, they are livable. Annoying, when it does happen, but there are also benefits.
    +- Out of the box, pairing them to my Android device was not straightforward. Only one of the buds would connect. I did have to reset them using the combination in the instructions. After that they did work. The reset method won't be easy for all as there are presses of a certain time involved. It took me a few attempts, but when it works, it is obvious.
    +- The charging case is so slippery. I have pretty dry hands, and at least in the beginning when the product was new, it would just slip out of my hands as I would try to open the case. I think over time it has gotten better as natural oils and dirt have made it easier to keep a hold of. I wish they had given the lid a more pronounced lip so that you can get your finger to grab it when opening the top. I have seen this done right with other products so this is just poor ergonomic design.
    +- Comfort wise they are ok. My ears do feel a little pain after using them for a long time, but usually, I like to wear earbuds that don't go too deep into the ear, but that style also doesn't provide the sound isolation that these do.

    The BAD stuff
    -- I so wanted to love them, I really did. But they just don't stay in my ears. I tried different sizes for the eartips. They do come with options for eartips, but none worked for me. If I talked while they were in my ear they would get loose and start falling out. I could not have them in my ears and eat. I tried exercising with them, and that was a comedy show. They just would not stay in. The left ear was worse than the right, but both were bad enough that I could not use them. They do not have a wingtip style that provides better support in the ear. It did not matter how much I would push and twist, they soon would come out if there was any movement.
    -- The left earbud also would not work when first started. After a few minutes of them being used, the sound would start coming out of both the right and the left earbuds. They were not like this out of the box, so I guess I did something (maybe wax got clogged in somewhere as a tried to force the buds deeper and deeper in my ear to secure them). After some time they did start to work normally, so now the left earbud works just fine. But this was still annoying.

    Welp, the honeymoon didn't last long...
    The sound on these is still phenomenal, no doubt about that. But I've run into some issues that I'm afraid are deal breakers for me.

    First, I cannot get these things to stay put in my ears to save my life. If I'm doing literally anything besides sitting completely still, it isn't long before these earbuds start coming loose and I'm having to adjust them CONSTANTLY. I tried using them while raking my yard and it was a pain to say the least. A little bit of sweat and movement and you would think these things were coated in Crisco before I put them in my ears. I've tried every set of tips that came with them and even tried using them with tips from other buds I own that go much deeper into my ear, but no luck whatsoever. Couldn't even get them to stay put while I was mowing on my John Deere rider. At this point, it's pretty obvious that the tips aren't the problem. It's the shape and size of the buds themselves. The rounded part on the earbuds is just too big and seemingly in a weird position that they can't fit deep enough into my ear without the stem being pressed firmly against the side of my face.. So every little facial movement affects them and quickly starts pushing them out of my ears.

    Second, as quite a few other reviews have mentioned, these have a tendency to randomly pause whatever you're listening to. I believe it's related to the issue above and caused by poor placement of the sensor that detects whether the earbuds are in your ear or not. Although I really like the auto pause feature for whenever you remove one of the earbuds, it is SUPER annoying when it won't work properly, especially when you're working on something and your hands are filthy, so all you can do is push your ear against your shoulder and hope it'll start playing again. This happened to me at least a dozen times in only a couple of hours the other day and unfortunately became the biggest deal breaker for me.

    Third, the noise cancellation on phone calls isn't what I hoped it would be with these. Every phone call I took while using these outdoors picked up a lot of background noise around me. Not quite to the point that the person on the other end couldn't hear me, but enough that they would ask me why it was so loud. This alone isn't an automatic deal breaker for me, but it definitely is when combined with the other issues I mentioned above.

    So unfortunately I am going to be sending these back and looking elsewhere for a set of buds that work for me. It really is too bad because the sound on these really is that good. If you're someone who seemingly never has a problem getting earbuds to fit properly and phone call quality isn't a big deal for you, then I still recommend these to you for their sound quality, features and good battery life. But if you're like me and have issues with earbuds fitting properly sometimes and need good noise cancellation on phone calls, I would look elsewhere.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW
    I've only had these for a day... So, there's a long way to go on judging their durability and longevity.
    But my initial impression... WOW!
    Right off the bat when unboxing these, the packaging is very professional and high quality and didn't give any impression of being the kind of cheap junk you come across on Amazon from time to time. A+ on that.
    Once I got everything unboxed, I plugged the case into a charger as recommended and started looking through the manual. Within just a few mins they were already fully charged, so they come almost fully charged out of the box. I definitely appreciate that. Nobody wants to sit and wait for an hour or two to play with their new toy..
    Now it was time to try these puppies out. Got them paired without any trouble in about 30 seconds. I quickly figured out that the medium sized tips were the right size for me, but interestingly enough, I've found the best fit is the medium red tip for my right ear and the medium yellow for my left ear. I guess I have different sized ear holes...
    So I opened up YouTube and cued up a good early 2000s rock song with some good base, the song Cold by the band Crossfade (highly recommend for you first song on these).
    BOOM!! The sound that came out of these was better than anything I've ever put in my ears, which I will admit has been nothing special... A couple of cheap sets of Sony, Philips and JBL corded earbuds, some Apple Airpod knock-offs called i9S-TWS, and some corded AKG buds that came with my Galaxy S10 which actually have some pretty good sound compared to the others I mentioned.. But these blew them all out of the water! The bass knocks on these but sounds so clean at the same time. My corded JBL buds have a lot of bass but now sound so muffled to me after hearing what came out of these Earfun buds. The treble and midrange sounded exactly like I want them to sound as well. Just perfect all around. I don't know what all of the $200+ earbuds out there sound like, but I can't imagine the quality being much better, if at all. Certainly not enough to justify paying 3-4 times more for them.
    Next I decided to try out the noise canceling and ambient sound settings. I have zero experience with noise canceling headphones/earbuds, but it sounded great to me. I wasn't in a loud place or anything, just in my living room with the TV on, but these blocked it out completely and didn't affect the quality of the music at all. Pretty cool feature. I also like the ambient noise feature, as I work as an inspector on road paving projects and being able to hear the contractors and even more importantly, traffic coming up behind me is a big deal... So I'll definitely be putting that to good use. All of the other tap features like play/pause and volume up/down worked perfectly as well. I also like the automatic pause feature when you remove one of the buds from your ear.
    As far as the call quality, I have not made or received a phone call with these yet, but that will be a big one for me, particularly how well they block out the background noise on my end when I'm on a job site, so the person I'm talking to can hear me without it sounding like I'm standing next to a fighter jet. So I'll update that later, if I remember.
    So as I said, the jury is still out on the long term quality of these. Hopefully all goes well for at least a couple years and I'll be happy. If not, I'll let everybody know on here and also how well Earfun's customer service deals with product issues. I'd rather not have to find out, but from what I've seen in other reviews, it looks like they're fairly dedicated to taking care of their customers.
    So all in all, based on initial quality, I highly recommend these earbuds. They sound incredible and have some really cool features. I just hope the price tag doesn't wind up being an indicator of their long term quality. We shall see!
