I researches this product a lot and I think this is really good for women in their middle age. It contains most necessary nutrients for optimal health. Do keep in mind that the product doesn't contain a lot of calcium (only 200 mg). I think most women should take more than that. But then again, consult a doctor.The capsules are also a bit large, and may need to be cut in half and swallowed for some people. But we didn't have any issues with that.

    Why do we need pink-colored tablets? The “naturally sourced” pigment used to make the tablets pink is carmine, consisting of crushed INSECTS. I developed a tormenting skin rash and had to throw them all out. What happened to Jamieson? No longer a trustworthy brand and that is a shame.
