Consult a physician prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have kidney disorders, if you take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues, or any prescription medications, including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins, or thiazide diuretics. 15 20 mcg (600–800 IU) of vitamin D per day is adequate for most individuals. Consult a physician to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product. Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria. Stop use and consult a physician if weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination, and muscle weakness (which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia) occur, or if you experience any other side effects. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions

    Great value bottle of extra strength Vitamin D3 for those who take larger doses of vitamin D. Rather than taking ten 1,000IU tablets of vitamin D3 like I had to before, now I just take 4 of these. I like that they're seft gels, too, since they're smaller and go down easier. I also like that these ones are gluten and GMO free. $8-9 for a 1.5 month supply for me is a great value;
    for most though, this will likely be a a 6 month supply, which is a total steal!!

    (Don't forget, Vitamin D3 needs to be taken with Vitamin K2-M7 to be metabolized, transported throughout the body, and work properly.)
