    For the most expensive sneakers I've ever bought I was very disappointed. The laced won't stay tied. It's quite annoying to have to stop every 15 minutes to tie your shoes. Also within the first hour of wearing them one of my toes was bloody. I'll be going back to my favorite brand with my next purchase.

    I bought this after having had my current Merrell's for quite some time and found them extremely comfortable to walk/hike in. Some shoe brands like Adidas don't give my feet that same level of comfort as Merrell's. I actually stumbled upon Merrell's while I was visiting Colorado and needed some shoes, the only ones available were these and would not go back. At first, the shoes were a little stiff from my old worn in ones, but can confidently say they are very comfortable and will be great in the long run. When I saw they were waterproof, I was thinking, I didn't really need that feature, but I've actually had 2 encounters where I had to cross streams that were overflowing and they did in fact keep my feet dry. The water came up to my ankle pretty much and my feet were dry. It would have been disappointing for my hike to have wet feet since it was the beginning of my journey. That said, I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who seeks a comfortable shoe for walking or hiking.

    Well made, true to size and really comfortable. This is a great women’s footwear item, and feels like it will last for a while. Has great traction for hiking, but the treads are spaced effectively to minimize the dreaded problem of trail pebbles getting wedged in your boots. These also stood up well to a day of rough gardening - stomping on shovels, kicking things into place, hauling things, etc. - without showing any noticeable wear or causing any foot strain/pain. They would likely also be a good choice for women pursuing other home repair or construction tasks, but haven’t had a chance to test this yet. Very happy with this purchase and can strongly recommend.

    Second purchase of this brand and 'model' shoe. Ordered from Amazon as Singapore store no longer stocks the item. Love Love Loved the first purchase, very comfortable and look good, they are worn every day at least twice a day for dog walking and are far better (for me) than trainers or flip flops. Needed second pair due to rainy seasons being more prolonged and sometimes my boots haven't dried out in time for the next walk. When it rains here, the roads can be like rivers so despite being waterproof, they don't hold out the water when its up to your ankles.
