    This roadside kit contained the items that I wanted to add to my winter emergency kit. The price was reasonable for what was offered and the individual items seem to be decent. The emergency beacon light is quite bright. I hope that I never have to use any of the items but feel better knowing they are in the car. The delivery experience was interesting. At one point tracking showed the item in a shipping centre in Toronto. That location did not change over the next week. However it was delivered while tracking showed it to be in Toronto. It took about a day for Amazon to update tracking to show delivery. Until this update, Amazon continued to warn that the delivery might be late.

No doubt the least exciting gift for a teenage girl but one of those things that if you need it you will have it and if you have it, you may need it. That is why grandad’s are practical ha, ha. Anyway, it is a nice self-contained unit with most of the basics needed should you find yourself broken down. Can always add a few extra things, but pretty much good to go. Not so sure about the jumper cables (rather low gauge) but may just do in a pinch.
