    Bio Kult is an excellent make. I really know as I have been using their products for many years for my self and my clients, I am a nutritionist and practitioner.
    I really applaud the addition of these essential minerals and vitamins here. It is a great mix for any one who wants to add probiotics to increase their gut health as it is the governor of the health of the entire body. THIS IS A 2 A DAY FORMULA. !!!!!
    My experience with BioKults products is that the quality is very, very high and they really bring the guts back to healthy functioning.
    The fact that you can be sure this is safe and really good for you and your baby as it grows, is born and is fed is just fabulous. The supplements in here are so very necessary to health of mother and baby that I am delighted to see them in this form. You do need to take 2 A DAY AND ADD EXTRA VITAMIN D BUT THAT WOULD BE SO WITH ANY MULTI.
    A wonderful new product . In my view it is great for anyone to take who needs so great bacteria with so good supplements. I am delighted to see it. Easy to take capsules and in my view , great value for money. yes , not cheap but I will tell you good supplement cost money to make. If they are too cheap don't bother to take them.

    A supplement with live bacterial cultures to support a healthy digestive system together with essential vitamins and minerals formulated to support women during pregnancy and after birth.

    As for the recommended daily intake of 2 capsules, it will give you a good amount of folic acid, vitamin C and D, magnesium, zinc, together with 4 billion live bacterial microorganisms.

    According to some studies, a healthy gut during pregnancy and breastfeeding may reduce the risk of preterm delivery, and other pregnancy complications. It may reduce the risk of eczema for both mother and baby. Furthermore, it also may reduce depression and anxiety during and after pregnancy.

    In addition, good quality prenatal and omega 3 fatty acid supplements are equally important to support maternal and fetal health.

    Nevertheless, it’s always wise to speak to a doctor before taking any supplements though. A well-balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle remain the most important factor for a healthy mind and body.

    For £19.94 (at the time of writing), seems like a little bit on the pricey end for a month's supply, nevertheless, Bio-Kult is a well-known and trustworthy company that produces high-quality probiotic supplements developed by doctors, scientists, and nutritionists.

    Overall, well-formulated probiotics together with some essential nutrients and minerals that may be essential for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers and their babies.

    I’ve been taking these for several weeks now and although I can’t say I feel dramatically different, I have found I’m not getting as many digestive problems or feel as lack lustre as I had previously felt. I am not pregnant but because of my diet, I lack essential vitamins and also suffer digestive problems so as these tabs included bio cultures, I thought I’d give them a go. They are easier to swallow than most vitamins I’ve tried which is a big plus for me. Bio kult is a good brand and one I’ve used before so I’m confident in their quality. Personally, I think it takes months to see/feel a big difference when taking supplements, so I will continue with these as I’ve certainly felt subtle positive differences so far.

    Im so use to using pregnancy care that I had to do a lot of research on this one also the light bacteria scared me a bit but after researching and asking my midwife I realise that it is a good thing so I started taking them a whole three months later after having them in my house. 😂😂😂
    Can’t say I feel any different maybe a bit more energetic but apart from that nothing really has changed.
    it’s got a little bit of a funny taste in my mouth on the days that I take this I’ve noticed that so I don’t take them every day because the funny taste doesn’t work for me but the days that I don’t take them I do feel very tired and worn out. I do try my best to take them and just keep a mint in my mouth.

    These are good pregnancy supplements which are very easy to take. They contain great ingredients such as folic acid, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C. They also contain 6 strains of live bacteria.
    They are also gluten free but do contain soya and milk so something to keep in mind should you be dairy intolerant.
    You are supposed to take 2 capsules daily with food so this pack of 60 will last you a month.
