Great shoe product
I was having issues due to being in flat footed spoke to my physiotherapist and she recommended that I get something like this. I’ve ordered a couple of pairs in the black Friday sale. And they have been absolutely amazing they fit in my work boots and also in my crocs which has changed the way I walk and my posture took a bit of getting used to but that’s down to the individual not the product. I cannot fault these.

    I had plantar fasciitis and my physio said I should put insoles in all my shoes. I found these and I've had 2 physios say they felt solid and useful as support. They give solid support under the arch of the foot. They feel nice and springy to walk on. The "bumps" for support take a bit of getting used to (especially with my flat feet) but they're fine. I bought 3 pairs in the end. Good buy. Solid product. Delivered with no problems.

    These do offer good mid foot support and comfort in the heal, watch the size I am size 10 UK and I ordered 10UK these are for a small 10. I highly recommend you do not buy these for wide foot fitting I have the Brooks Ghost 16 running shoes and these insole are not wide or long enough to fit the shoe 1st run left a nasty blister from the insert not fitting the shoe. They fit in my reebok shoes fine but again not a good fit in my skate shoes Etnies or DCs. Also these will not suit flat footers these are for feet high arches. So check the snug fit. Apart from fitting they do add comfort and support to the feet and improve ankle pain.

    These insoles are well made and supportive. Starting at the heal the insole is shaped so the back of the foot is secured into place. The arch support is just the right height to make sure your foot and ankle are in the right position

  • Wouldn't recommend one front draw had a make on it and mid section should have holes pe drilled for draw runners but where missing and contacted amazon and Wouldn't give a part refund! I could not return as made it up and drilled holes myself

    So have worn these extensively for a couple of weeks and yes my heel pain isn't as bad. However, I can't help but feel I am not noticing the heel pain because the lump under the arch is so incredibly uncomfortable. I followed instructions and broke them in slowly and today wore them for a conference where I was on my feet all day. I have concluded I'd rather suffer the heel pain than deal with it feeling like I permanently have something stuck in my shoe.
