    Always used Victorinox Kitchen Knives and I'm not disappointed with this set. Good to know though is that there's not enough space for the smaller knives so you have to put them one level up where you can find two bigger spots. Which works but it seems odd because they're slightly bigger than the knive spots on the lowest level.

    And for that price (and we're talking about the swiss army knife company) you would expect some sort of manual how to take care of the knives or something like that but it's the wooden block and the knives in a separate box and that's it.

    Awesome knife set for the kitchen. The block swivels and you can put a cookbook or tablet on the back if you are following a recipe. The knives have a 15 degree angled blade and is razor sharp.
    As a note, the photo shows the Fibrox and not the Classic, however, the only difference is the handle design. I did research on both and that is what I determined. It is my understanding the professional chef’s prefer the Fibrox because of the shape of the handle, as a beginner cooking in my kitchen I recommend the Classic if you are going to purchase the set. It is a little less expensive and you get more knives with the classic.

    I love these knives and the knife block is really nice! You can rotate the block to put a cookbook or phone on the back side. I have other Victorinox knives that I use everyday in my kitchen and they have held up really well. I suspect these knives will last us for many years.
