This is the one that I have been waiting for. I love protein powder and making delicious smoothies but they often have a lot of sugar. F Factor uses monk fruit. I can honestly say that it tastes good without being overly sweet. I have had other brands that use Stevia. Though I have grown Stevia before, and know that it is all natural, I find that it has an odd chemical taste that I do not care for.
The vanilla flavor is good. It tastes like vanilla rather than vanilla like flavoring. I love that it is soy free. I feel like in order to be healthy we switch out one bad ingredient for a less bad ingredient. I am not a big fan of soy unless I am eating edamame.
It froths well with the ice and makes a delicious shake or smoothy.
