My teen son takes these daily and says they’re “good”—which, coming from a teenager, is basically a glowing review. I tried one myself, and while the texture is soft and chewable, the taste was less than enjoyable (I tried the green apple flavor). I am sensitive to vitamins as they often upset my stomach, this one seems to make me a little nauseous. However, my son has not experienced this.Pros:✔ Soft and easy to chew✔ No complaints from my teen✔ Child-resistant cap for safety✔ no high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.Cons: • Not my favorite taste, but he likes them. • Not for kids under 12, pregnant, or nursing women (which is interesting)• Sugar content may not be suitable for everyone’s nutritional needs.• Those with sensitivities may experience stomach upset.I have no idea if they’re making a difference, but at least he’s taking them.
