Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Customers appreciate the gloves' sturdiness. They find the padding sufficient for long rides, with gel padding in critical areas. The stitching is solid and durable, providing additional comfort for hands that may go numb on long rides. The padding is good for most hand positions and the velour on the thumb works well for gripping. The quality is good, the gloves are high-visibility, and long-lasting.

Customers have differing opinions about the padding of the gloves. Some find it comfortable and helpful for riding, while others feel it's too much and difficult to take off. The gel pads are mentioned as excellent by some customers. However, others mention that the padding doesn't extend to the middle of the palm, the bar misses almost all the padding, and the padding is thick and in the wrong location for mountain bike handlebars.
"...Still feels cushy but never over the top almost a year later. Lots of control with maximal comfort. Will buy again when these wear out eventually." Read more

Customers are unhappy with the seams of the gloves. They mention that the seams come apart, pull apart, and rip after just a few rides. The stitching loses its strength in pressure points and starts unraveling after just two washes.
"...CHEAPER THAN CASTELLI. UPDATE: The gloves fell apart at the seams after 1use...." Read more
"After three rides, and less than 100 miles, the left forefinger seams started separating. Was hoping for better quality...." Read more
"...Beware if you wash them with anything else because the black suede-like fabric will bleed --- a LOT --- in the first few washes...." Read more

- Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2023Size: LargeColor: Black/Highlight YellowVerified PurchaseMy first note is to be wary of reviews telling you they run small. I normally wear a large and saw some people advising to size up. I got an XL because of this and they were too big. The fingers were a bit too long and the hands were not that snug. So I returned them, thanks Amazon, and ordered a size Large. These fit nicely. The gloves snugged up nicely without feeling tight or restrictive and the finger length (I’m 6’02” but don’t have long fingers) was much better especially with the pinky finger. This is my first pair of cycling gloves along a new Ebike journey so I can’t give any advice on how good this brand is compared to others. They feel nice on and don’t seem to have any painful or annoying binding. I hope they hold up but time will tell. My advice on ordering is just measure your hand width and length to fingertips and go by their size guide. If you’re still feeling iffy by your measurements I’d err on a smaller one just because I’m guessing you’ll get some stretch after use with movement, moisture, etc.. In any event the return and refund were easy and quick as was shipping. Good luck and hope this helps.

- Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2024Size: LargeColor: BlackVerified PurchaseI HAVE BEEN WEARING GIRO FOR MANY YEARS. THE QUALITY OF THESE GLOVES COMPARED TO OLDER PAIRS I HAVE SEEM BETTER. THEY FIT A STATED (AMAZON GAVE ME A SUGGESTION OF LARGE WHICH IS MY USUAL SIZE). ONE 50 MILE RIDE OFFERED SOME NUMBNESS RIGHT HAND(MILD AT WORST) BUT COULD HAVE BEEN MY POSITION ON BIKE. THICKER HAND PAD THAN CASTELLI WHICH I AM ALSO TRYING AS WELL FOR COMPARISON. CHEAPER THAN CASTELLI.
UPDATE: The gloves fell apart at the seams after 1use. Not just 1 pair but 3 pairs-these are much cheaper made than the Giro of old-not sure if Amazon has the rights to the name and have cheap crap made in china??!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable
Size: LargeColor: Black/WhiteVerified PurchaseThe gloves are very comfortable. My commute to work is long, takes about two hours, and I got these gloves because they were specifically recommended to reduce wrist pain. And looks like they did their magic because I haven't been feeling any pain since I started wearing them (I also did a seat height adjustment so maybe that also contributed). The padding is good, the grip is good and the gloves are reasonably warm.
My only problem is that, after wearing them for a month, a piece of blue rubber fell out from one of the paddings. This happened while I was riding, like out of nowhere I could feel a piece of rubber between my fingers. I wanted to put it back in but somehow lost it. It's not a big deal because it's just one padding out of like 15, so I don't feel the difference, but it got me worried that maybe these gloves will fall apart within a year. Let's hope I'm wrong on that!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great gloves
Size: X-LargeColor: BlackVerified PurchaseComfortable, true on size and durable. I'm riding aprox 3 times a week and previous pair served me for good 2 years. I would not recommend to wash them on hot cycle and let them dry on it's own, no dryer.
