Great for lots of students!
I teach Art at a homeschool co-op. I see 32 kids once a week. With 3 weeks of watercolor classes, I only used some of 2 sets (I bought 3!) It was plenty. I'm overall pleased with the quality. Not professional artist grade, but very good for students/beginners. One of the sets had a burst tube (see pic)...it happens, you know?

I am in love with this paint set. It has a ton of colors, first or all, and they are very pigmented. Each tube doesn’t seem to have much paint in it when you first look; but when you mix it with a little water you will see it goes a long way. I love that I can choose the exact consistency and maybe this is how watercolor paint normally is, but I’ve never had it like this before. I used them and my 10 year old and 6 year old used them and we all agree that they are awesome!
But in particular, they really are super pigmented and can be watered down however you like it, which is great and I haven’t used other watercolor paint like this before.
If I ever run out of this paint I will definitely be ordering more of this particular set.
    I highly recommend it!

GenCrafts liquid watercolor in tubes: I don't know what this product is, but it's not truly watercolor paint. I didn't expect high quality, but given my experience with GenCraft watercolor pens and watercolor solid pan palettes, I expected a passable paint acceptable for an experienced watercolorist to be able to doodle, sketch, and practice. It's weirdly gelatinous, grainy (you can see this in the product video), difficult to dilute properly, and absolutely does not rehydrate once it dries in the palette. The paint does not spread properly using wet-on-wet, the color is dull or pale, and you really have to stir and work the paint to get a smooth texture.

The rehydration issue was the last straw that had me sending this back for a refund and ordering a reputable brand. As the paint is drying at the edges in the palette, rewetting those dried spots and working them back into the paint results in large granules and flakes that will not break up and dissolve into the wet paint. Once the entire palette is dry, the paint cannot be wetted for continued use, it just gets breaks into soggy chunks and flakes. Seriously, it looks like drowned worms... I've never been grossed out by an art supply before. I left the dried paint soaking in water for hours (some of the paints were straight out of the tube, but several of them had been well diluted and dried overnight). This paint is so weird and behaves so badly, I wouldn't even say it's acceptable for kids to use.

To be clear, dried liquid watercolor paint should rehydrate and dissolve within a few seconds. Wet watercolor paint (straight out of the tube) should take little effort to thin with water. Any watercolor artist will tell you this. I have palettes of a higher quality (but still student/casual quality) liquid watercolor paints (W&N) that are decades old I'm still occasionally rehydrating and using with no graininess or other issues.

I've bought several GenCrafts products in the past few weeks and used them heavily. However, every single one had an issue - dried pens, mislabeled colors, missing colors, leaky water pens, etc. Buyer beware: you're going to pay a good price for student quality supplies, but you'll be gambling on that product not being flawed in some way. I was choosing to live with the flaws until this product.

I absolutely understand the need for inexpensive art supplies. If you really think you want GenCrafts watercolor paints, stick to the watercolor pens or watercolor solid pan palettes. These both have behaved more like higher-end watercolor paints for me. Their watercolor paper (which came with the palette) is okay for straight-up traditional painting with a brush, but does not work great with applying the pens directly to the paper (wet-on-dry). Live with it or invest in a higher quality paper.
