I originally got this multivitamin to see if it would work well as a PMS vitamin substitute, and it works super well for that. It has helped to totally regulate my physical period symptoms so I can tell when my cycle will start based on how I’m feeling. Like clockwork. My body is now more reliable than my app tracker.
I stopped taking these over the summer because I was traveling a lot for work, and my energy levels tanked. I didn’t know why, and it wasn’t until I started these again in the fall that I realized these help SO much with my energy levels. I used to almost fall asleep at work, and now I’m totally fine even with working overtime. I almost have too much energy for a sedentary job.
The only downside - these vitamins are disgusting. I have to cut them in half to take them because I’m a wimp, but I cannot take them with water or else I get nauseous. I have found that chocolate milk is the easiest way for me to get them down. I also have to eat a filling breakfast after I take them or else I will get extremely nauseous (would probably throw up if I didn’t eat a meal with them). So there are some cons, but the pros by far outweigh them. These are worth every cent and every icky taste.

Love these vitamins
These are the usual vitamins I use and I buy them all the time. I pay Amazon prices to get the convenience but it wasn't too expensive compared to in the store. Would buy again.
